Who Are Kieba Property?

Kieba Property was founded in 2013 by husband & wife team Kieran & Dawn Toner.

 

Starting back in 2010 we cut our teeth buying Below Market Value (BMV) properties. Through refurbishing, adding value and refinancing we have built a successful and profitable BTL portfolio. Applying these fundamentals, we have since also grown a Professional HMO portfolio in Manchester & a successful high-end Service Accommodation Business in our home town of Chester. 

From day 1 of our property journey we have always applied the core principles of Buy Well, Add Value & Know your numbers. 

We have built our knowledge and understanding over time, ensuring when we enter into new projects the strategy, numbers and exit are all correct - allowing us to work with private individuals on bigger and bigger projects to give them great 'Bank Beating Returns' returns of 8-15%+ on their investments.

These 3 rules are tightly intertwined. We use our years of experience to source sites, buildings & projects at the best possible prices. On straight forward refurbishment projects this allows us to build in extra equity and security from day 1.


On Conversion or build projects the price worth paying is based on the sites potential – The end GDV (Gross Development Value).  It is this increase in value through conversion & development, into residential units, that allow us to offer our investors the great returns we do.
