From little Acorns

Property has always been a great hedge against inflation. I remember being amazed when i bought my first property - when the neighbours told me they only paid £3000 for the house next door to the one i had just paid £70,000 for.

10 years on if i could buy more for £70,000 i would snap them up. In a few years time my kids will be as shocked as i was when i tell them i only paid £70,000 for it as the portfolio is steadily increasing in value.

Thats the power of property. As they say

"don't wait to buy property, buy property and wait"

But of course you've got to get into the game and start investing. Plant the acorns so in 50 years time you have the oak tree to sit under.
