Low interest rates 0.1% are bad new for Savers

The UK base rate is 0.1% and has been for some time now. This means borrowing is cheap but its not great for savers.


If your savings are not earning more than the rate of inflation, your hard earned nest egg is loosing value and purchasing power. Not Good.


Where are you investing your money?





Property is our vehicle of choice. It is a stable, predictable, tangible asset class.

Value can be added through renovation or conversion, to give both capital appreciation and monthly cashflow. Whats not to like.
