Planning Granted

As we come out of lockdown we have finally received the news that we have had planning granted on our next development project. Whoo Hoo, after nearly 3 months of the housing market being severely restricted we can jump straight back into it.

We, Kieba Property, are converting a Huge 4 storey end terrace residential property into 4 x 2 bed apartments. Situated in an up and coming area of the wirral, with lots of local development and regeneration happening this will give our Private Investors a great return on the Capital they have trusted us with and the transformation of a derelict and deteriorating building into stunning new places for people to call home. Which gives us the feel good factor too.

The property is situated on a hill so what looks like it would be the basement from the front of the house actually has its own entrance directly off the road to the side. Working with Grant Erskine of GEA Architects we have devised a plan to split the property into 4 apartments. The Basement and ground floor flats being the largest, and by lowering the ceiling on the first floor we have 2 more apartments on the first and second floor. While they are slightly smaller we've employed some clever tricks to maximise the space, and both the living areas in the top 2 apartments benefit from spectacular views over the Mersey Estuary to Liverpool.

We were confident from the start we would get planning due to the style of the property, our only question was over off street parking. Its located meters from local bus routes, a 2 minute walk to the local shops, town centre amenities and local train station, so by including bike storage on our proposal before being asked for it, we mitigated any concerns before they were raised. Currently, Our Architects are drawing up the Building Regs Spec as we complete on the purchase, but looking forward to getting stuck into this one as our our investors. Everyone feels like they have been on hold for too long and keen to get to work.

We will be keeping you updated as we go through this project on here, and you can also follow us on Facebook and Instagram (links at the top) for day by day updates.

In the meantime we are actively looking for our next project, so if you fancy getting involved or finding out more about what we do - give us a shout.
